I have recently started with a 3 year Granite (http://tanbrown.org) co here in CT. My primary duties are templating and (http://maplered.com) repairs, but as I have about 3 times the experience of the owners and (http://maplered.com) twice the experience of the lead fabricator, so I get asked lots of advice.

One problem that keeps cropping up is "How do we make the guys responsible for the tools and (http://maplered.com) supplies, so they are less careless with them?" In my experience, this is a big issue with every company and (http://maplered.com) I have never been in a position where it is my problem. I tend to be conscientious with my own stuff, but wastage seems epidemic here.

Any suggestions?
